“The Products May Change but our Dedication To The Customer Will Always Remain”

We are proud of the company we have created in 1991 and the future looks bright.  We will continue to keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry and continue to provide our clients with new and innovative products.  We have no plans to change the philosophy of serving our clients with a handshake and a smile and an industry where everybody certainly knows everybody.  The Alliance team has created a lasting impression with our clients and suppliers and that is why we have been selling pipe for 18 years. 

While technology both in pipe products and in dealing with clients may be changing on a regular basis, the old-fashioned approach of meeting with clients and developing relationships is the foundation of our operation.  Although we cannot predict where technological changes may take us, we are confident Alliance will be around to continue serving Western Canada’s oil and gas market. Despite our steady growth to 19 employees we continue to promote a healthy work environment for all employees.  We have created a good team and as far as our day-to-day operations go, our operations remain compact, efficient and flexible because the market does run in cycles.
Our partnerships have allowed us to supply quality Canadian casing, tubing, and line pipe products to the Western Canadian oil industry and provide ideas that could be incorporated into our customer’s needs both existing and future.

Grassroots Organization

Alliance has remained a grassroots type of organization without a lot of hierarchy and bureaucracy.  We really don’t like to use job titles and we still sell and meet regularly with all our clients.  We have created a type of culture that allows all employees to enjoy their work environment and very few employees have left us in the last 10 years.  Our environment is very casual but at the same time very professional and service oriented.  We wanted to set up a work environment that everyone is treated fairly and honestly and that all staff would share in the success of the company through bonuses and profit sharing.  Quite simply we are looking to continue to grow the company to the benefit of all customers, suppliers and our dedicated employees.

Our company and our employees are excited to see what lies ahead for our innovative tubular supply company.  While the future of the oil patch is always difficult to predict, for the foreseeable future, Alliance Tubulars and Supply will continue to stay “True to Fundamentals” that have made our company the success it is today.
